The high rent district of Valley Creek apartments seems to be a magnet for beautiful people. At least, those who can afford to live there. But the rent has just gone up and it is costing residents their lives. Detectives Kate Wagner and Mark Weiss arrive to begin the investigation, but every time the get close to capturing the lunatic, one suspect after another is found murdered. Bodies are piling up in the morgue with one ting in common missing toe tags.
