The 39 Steps: Rover Donat is an ordinary man who is framed by circumstantial evidence. He brings home a mysterious woman who confesses to be a British Agent. The woman is killed at Donat's apartment. He is thrust against his will into a horrible situation with dangerous knowledge of her mission. The Man Who Knew Too Much: A child is kidnapped by spies to ensure her father's silence after he is informed of a plot to assassinate a diplomat by a dying agent. The climatic scene at the concert in the Albert Hall where the assassination is to take place is one of Hitchcock's classics. Rich & Strange: A young and bored married couple travel the world with their new found wealth. Fred gets mixed up with a sexy con artist while Emily courts a rich older man. They find there is more to discover after their affairs.
