For two young boys, Jelly and Roughneck, growing up and staying out of trouble wasn't easy and trouble is what tears them apart. When the boys grow into men, they meet again. Jelly has become a successful rap music producer while Roughneck is just out of a 15-year jail sentence for shooting an undercover cop. He's had 15 years to think about how Jelly betrayed him.
