All Mitch Snider (Judge Reinhold) wants it a traditional holiday with all the relatives - despite the fact that his wife and kids would rather stick pins in their eyes! And it does look like they'll all go the traditional route, once Mitch receives an invitation from his long-lost cousin Woodrow (Bryan Cranston) in Idaho!
