He?s attached to a truck so he can drive to jobs, but he?s so tall that he has to be taken apart in order to fit through the streets. It takes a friend, Yellow Crane, to help Stretch assemble again! The two cranes work together and it?s not long before Stretch is taller than a thirty-storey building and ready to work. He picks up a huge air-conditioner off the ground and raises it up, up, up to the roof of the high-rise. Now that is a big lift! Have you ever seen a crane that?s also a helicopter? Gipsy is a spectacular ?air-crane,? with a jet engine and huge rotor blades! Watch while she lifts very heavy objects one after another to the roof of a factory. ?Giant Tow Trucks? Tow trucks are a special type of machine because they help other machines get out of trouble. Giant tow trucks specialize in helping big transport trucks, oil trucks and earth-moving machines. An oil truck has tipped over and needs help getting back on his wheels. A brand-new tow truck is put to the test to see if he knows what he?s doing. This job calls for brains as well as strength! Can the new tow truck do it? It also takes a lot of skill and know-how to load an excavator and move it to a construction site. Les méga dépanneuses Les dépanneuses sont des machines assez spéciales parce qu?elles aident les autres machines à se tirer d?ennuis. Les dépanneuses géantes se spécialisent à aider les gros camions de transport, transporteurs de mazout et engins de terrassement. Ça demande beaucoup d?ingéniosité et de savoir-faire pour charger un excavateur et l?amener sur un chantier de construction.
