Does Pink Floyd have that hungry of a fan base that they would demand two albums of electronica covers? Apparently they do, and so we get Electronic Tribute to Pink Floyd, Vol. 2, a collection of darkwave, techno, and other musical forms that fit under the tag "electronic." There's a trip-hop version of "Shine on You Crazy Diamond," an electro industrial version of "Set the Controls for the Heart of the Sun," and even an elevator music version of "Hey You," by the $Galactic Achievement Society. The freshest song here is Motor Industries' take on "Time," which sounds like Daft Punk trying their hands at trip-hop. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
