After being captured in the wilderness, the murderous monster of Mexican legend--known as El Chupacabra--escapes into the city and begins a murderous spree. A scientist and an animal control officer set out to capture the beast and soon realize that a ruthless vigilante has been hired by the villainous Dr. Goodspeed (Treach of Naughty By Nature) to catch the monster for his own purposes.
