In the wilds of Oregon there is a place no one dares to go, with a secret no one knows. Searching for a kidnapped child, a determined social worker (Chase Masterson) learns of a mysterious outlaw town deep in the forest of Oregon. Her efforts to go there are thwarted by the locals, all of whom seem to fear Sammy, the man who runs the town. Finding help in an enigmatic drifter with a score to settle, they journey together into the bizarre private community of people abiding by Sammy's laws.
